I. Product Model Coding Rules and Introduction

DTF single (double) side plow-type unloader is installed on the intermediate frame of a belt conveyor, capable of evenly and continuously unloading materials conveyed by the belt into hoppers or required locations as a belt conveying auxiliary machine. This unloader has added features such as variable groove angle and auxiliary plow blades compared to old-style unloaders, and uses an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source. It overcomes the shortcomings of old-style unloaders, such as incomplete material unloading, belt scraping, poor overload capacity of electric push rods, frequent motor burnout, bending of screw rods, and mechanical fragility. It is currently the most advanced unloader in the country.

II. Structure and Features

DTF single (double) side plow-type unloader mainly includes: plow head, plow head bracket, flat idler set, flat idler set bracket, bracket connecting rod; the plow head is mainly composed of front plow plate, side plow plate, support rod, and liner plate, the liner plate consists of two pieces, combined with the support rod to form a triangular structure, the front plow plate is angled and fixed at the front of the plow head, the side plow plate consists of two pieces, fixed on the outside of the two liner plates respectively; the plow head bracket is mainly composed of two plow arms, one connecting rod, and one push-pull rod, the plow arm and connecting rod are fixedly connected by one shaft, the other end of the connecting rod is movably connected to the push-pull rod by one shaft, the connecting shaft between the connecting rod and plow arm is fixedly installed on two columns; the flat idler set is composed of several rubber rollers fixed on a roller frame, two rollers are provided under the roller frame, placed on the bracket, the upper edge of the bracket is provided with two protrusions and two grooves, one end of the bracket is movably connected to the bayonet at the lower end of two bracket connecting rods, the other end of the bracket connecting rod is fixedly connected to the connecting shaft; characterized in that: the connection between the plow arm and the liner plate is movable; the lower edge of the front plow plate and side plow plate extends 2-5 cm downward compared to the liner plate fixed with them; the front plow plate and side plow plate are made of organic wear-resistant material.

This product further overcomes all the shortcomings of old-style unloaders. Due to improvements in the front and rear double plow heads, locking device, dual manual and electric operation, and three different installation methods of mechanical self-locking structure, it is currently the most advanced coal unloading and dividing machinery in the country.

1. The plow head part is divided into a front plow head made of high-chromium manganese alloy or asbestos material and a rear plow head made of wear-resistant rubber plate, ensuring cleaner unloading.

2. The added locking device of the plow head is mechanical grab-pull type, allowing adjustment of the plow blade height to closely fit the belt. During operation, the plow blade will not lift or shake due to the impact force of coal, avoiding belt tearing, wear, and coal leakage.

3. The driving part is the latest domestic product, a dual manual and electric mechanical electro-hydraulic push rod. It overcomes the defects of electric push rods such as poor overload capacity, easy motor burnout, jamming, and screw rod bending, as well as new drawbacks of ordinary electro-hydraulic push rods like internal and external leakage, lack of self-locking, sliding, and crawling. The dual manual and electric mechanical electro-hydraulic push rod has advantages such as absolute self-locking, no internal or external leakage, extremely high overload capacity, and smooth operation.

4. Installation methods are divided into A, B, and C types. The electro-hydraulic push rod can be placed on the upper part of the coal divider, installed vertically, or installed on both sides of the belt, providing three options for great customer convenience.

5. The lock airer flap is made of high manganese chromium wear-resistant material, extending the service life to 20 years and reducing maintenance.

6. Use of the lock air part: (1) Evenly distribute materials to prevent deviation, material sticking, and spillage along the way.(2) Reduce induced air flow, slowing it down to less than 10% of the original.(3) Suitable for conveying sticky, wet, large, and powdery materials, preventing clogging.
